FLOOD DAMAGE.
[press association.] WANGANUI, Tuesday. The Mayor of Wanganui has telegraphed to Mr Seddon and Sir J. G. Ward asking for Government assistance in restoring communication in the interior, where tire roads were greatly daanaged by the recent rains and floods.
