The report from Wairoa yesterday ■was “Bad bar/’ IE a favourable report is received from there this morning, the s.s. Tangaroa will leave at 11.30 a.m. The Union Company’s s.s. Mararoa is due early to-morrow morning from Southern ports. She leaves at 10 a.m. for Northern ports and Sydney. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company’s s.s. Athenic arrived in the roadstead from Lyttelton at 5 p.m. yesterday. She loads for London. The New Zealand and African Steamship Company’s s.s. Dorset is due early this morning from Lyttelton to load for South Africa. She leaves the colony finally cn Wednesday. Huddarl. Parker ami Co.’s s.s. Zealandia arrived early yesterday morning from Northern ports' and Sydney, ana left at 2 p.m. for Wellington and Southern ports. While at Sydney the Zealandia was docked and overhauled.
