[rBESS ASSOCIATION.] LONDON, February 10. The insurance companies estimate their Baltimore losses at £25,000,000, of which £18,000,000 is covered by the insurance of banks and insurance companies containing £20,000,000 intact. BRISBANE. Thursday. Overells' building, destroyed by fire, was insured for £7OOO and the stock for £15,000, both in the rhoenix. (Received February 11, 10.39 p.m.) Charred remains found in the debris of Overells' fire were identified as those of an old man named Killett, a carpet stitcher, employed on the premises. DUXEDIX, Thursday. The boot factory belonging to D. J. Ashton, in Cumberland-street, was damaged by fire last night. The building was of old wood, and but for the efforts of the brigade would have been completely destroyed. The chief damage was in the clicking room and to the machinery, caused by water. Insurances—Stock, plant and machinery, £SOO in the Alliance; building, £2OO in the South British.
