UXTOX CLUB. Separate entries for four oar and double scull races to be held by the Union Rowing Club will close this evening. X A PIER CLUB. A committee meeting of the Xapier Rowing Club was held last night, Mr (I. Bone being voted to the chair. It was decided to row the semi-final and final of the dub’s Open Fours over the mile course this afternoon, commencing at 2.30 p.m. For the convenience of visitors, [be dub’s pleasure boats will be used to convey them across the riv'T from the end of White-road to the finishing post. Home very interesting races are expected, and it is hoped that there will be a large attendance of visitors. R. .Magill’s crew defeated K. 11. Taylor’s on Thursday evening.
