London, January 7. The Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants has resolved not to appeal from the decision in the Taff Vale case, but to euppert any other union wishing to appeal. Mr Bell, secretary of the society, reported that the damages and costs over the case amounted to £50,000. Ha deprecated the oarelesrnesi of ordinary members in electing irresponeibla orator; to the executive, instead of men of grit, who would readily administer the rules.
