AMERICAN DEFEAT. London, September 29 Tha Imperial Tobacco Company have purchased the American Tobacco Company’s British interests, including Ogdon’s, limited. The rivals have now formed a British company with a capital of £6,000,000, and it will be called the British-Amerioan Tobacco Company.
