PRINCE HENRY’S MISSION.
London, January 24. The Eoyal German yacht Hohenzollen, with Prince Henry, has sailed for America. Mr Chauuoy-Depew declares that the Kaiser is sending Prince Henry to sonnd President Roosevelt and the Cabinet as to how far the Monroe doctrine will be enforced if Germany occupies Venezuelan porta for an indefinite period in order to collect debts.
