KRUGER'S REPLY.
NOTHING BUT INDEPENDENCE. Received January 25, Lam, London, January 23. Mr Kruger, in a note to the Dutch Press, in reply to Mr Chamberlain, says that the Boer leaders claim complete independence and that negotiations are hopeless without it.
