PRESENTATION.
[by telegraph.] Timauu, Monday. Tho Rev. W. Gillies, who resigned the pastorate of Trinity Church to take up work collecting for tho Presbyterian century fund, was to-day presented by the Mayor on behalf of the citizens with an illuminated address, a piece of plate, and a travelling bag. The address was eulogistic of his services as a citizen, Tho congregation at a farewell social last week presented him with a cheque for £l4O.
