FOTJBIESBURG KE-OCCUHED Beoelved October 28, 4.40 p.m. London, October 27. It is reported that Mr Steyn, ex-Preai-dent of the Free State, is at Fouriesburg, ia the eastern portion of Orange Biver Colony, the place where General Hunter captured General Frinslooand his army. Mr Steyn has proclaimed Fonriesburg &b his capital.
