AUSTRALIANS INQUIKED FOX, Beceivea August 13, 10.30 p.m. Melbouene, Monday. The Minister of Mines cabled to Sir Alfred Milner in reference to miners being required for South Af rioa. The Btep is being taken owing to private inquiries for the services of 3000 miners and engine drivers for the Band mines. i
