The outcome of the Premier'? proposal re funding contributions now in the hands of war oommitteea was that the bill to be drawn should vest the moneys in the Public Trustee, with a committee to advise, which should consist of the Mayors of the four ohief oities of the colony and two other representatives ohosen by the committees of those oities.
