JOUBERT'S END.
Received July 20, 1 a.m, Aiibant, Thursday. A. Brussels paper, La Be/orme, received by the mail, publishes an interview with . Niohol, a Belgian, -who declares that Joubert suicided at Glencoe. He says he heard Kruger violently reproaching Joubert for failing to capture Ladysmith. A few days later Joubert was found dead with his hands clenched and features distorted, having it is asserted, taken poison.
