The Hcmse resumed at 7.30. LAUOR DAY BILL. Thia bill was resumed in committee, read a third time, and passed. IMJtMRATION RESTRICTION. The Immigration Restriction Bill was recommitted, read a . third time, and passed. OOVERNMENT ADVANCES TO SETTLERS. The Premier moved the third reading of the Advances to Settlers' Act Amendment Bill, which wa3 passed, the House rising at 1.20 a.m.
