FURTHER SUPPLIES FOE THE BOERS. Bccoivcd September 2, 9.40 a.m. Pretoria, Septembor 1. It is now considered likely that Kruger will agree to a conference on tbe concessions recently proposed by the Volksraad, but that he will prefer to go to Copesburg, near the Orange Free State border, instead of to Cape Town, as proposed by Sir Alfred Milnor. Cape Town, September 1. Further supplies of ammunition for the Transvaal have arrived at Lorenzo Marques, Delagoa Bay. A consignment of 18 field guns and their equipments are expected to arrive shortly. A Boer agitator seeking to excite discontent against the British among the Kaffire of Rhodesia has been apprehended and sentenced to six months' imprisonment. Boer women's rifle clubs are being formed in several districts of the Transvaal.
