The following team has heen selected to represent the South of England in the match against the Australians, at the Crystal Palace, on Monday : — Grace, Townsend, Pry, Jessop, Hayward, Lockwood, J. Hearne, Board, Mason, Eanjitsinhgi, and Abel.

The Australians were practising steadily till Saturday, but the majority are suffering with stiff muscles owing to coldß.
