THE TOULON EXPLOSION.
INFERNAL MACHIHE SUGGESTED. Beceired March 15, 1 a.m. Paris, March 14. In the Chamber of Deputies M. Lockroy stated the explosion at Toulon was possibly due to an infernal machine. Steps must bo taken to isolate magazines.
