THE SOUDAN.
Beceived March 14, 9.45 a.m. Cairo, March 13. The natives of Tigre, the northern province of Abyssinia, which is ruled by Has Mangascia, lately in revolt against King Menelit, are leaving the province in large numbers to settle in and around Kassala since the latter was occupied by the British. This migration is due to the confidence which the natives have in British administration.
