AN OPEN LETTER OF ADVICE. AND THE PUBLIC. Dear Reader, A perusal of the remarkable particulars contained from -week to week in this journal will doubly repay you. In as concise a form as possible the facts which we publish will convey to any person of discernment why Dr. Tibbies' Vi-Cocoa so far surpasses all other artioles' sold as beverages or food beverages in true sustenant and nourishing' power. The public have recognised that there is merit in Dr. I Tibbies' Vi-Oocoa, hence the many favorable expressions of opinion that are being received daily from all classes. We leave it to the reader to consult common sense, and at once to substitute Dr. Tibbies' Vi-Cocoa— if this has not already been done — for ordinary cocoa, tea and coffee, at breakfast and other meals.
