At a large meeting at "Westminster, under the auspices of tho Protestant Union, a resolution was adopted to draw up a memorial to tho Queon to prevent the clergy undoing the work of the Reformation. Lords Kinnaird and Middleton, president of the National Protestant Church Union, and the Right Hon. John Kennaway, president of the Church Missionary Society, were amongst the speakers.
