CONFERENCE OF PREMIERS.
Beceived January 12, 1.5 a.m. Melbourne, "Wednesday. Sir George Turner haß agreed to Mr Eeid's proposal for a conference of Premiers on Federation. He suggests they should meet in Melbourne on the 31st inst. He also agrees that the Premier of Queensland should be invited.
