VISIT OF RAILWAY EXPERTS.
Wellington, Monday. Messrs Pagan and Darker, two officers of the Queensland Eailway Department, are at present on an official visit to New Zealand. While in Wellington they made full inquiries as to the system of workshops' management and maintenance. They paid a visit to the Rimutaka incline to-day, and left for the South this evening. They were staying in the Royal Oak Hotel when the fire occurred, and lost most of their personal effects.
