(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.- COPYRIGHT.) Received July 17, 11,45 a.m. Capetown, July 15. Buna, ihe paramount chief of the natives in Swaziland, who recently rose in rebellion, and against whom a force of Transvaal burghers were despatched, has fled. His mother has been appointed ruler in his stead.
