Brisson, the Premier, with not permitting a revision of the Dreyfus case, and that he has allowed the truth to be murdered under the eyes of the prosecution of Picquart, disclosing the truth of insolent injustice. M. Heblon, who is a member of the legal profession, has been suspended for six months for show--1 ing documents favorable to Dreyfus, contrary to Bar regulations.
