Prime beef Us to 17s dd, medium to good 12s 6d to Hb fid, oaw and Inferior 7s 6d tolls. Stores nearly all aged oows, and taken for preserving at 10s to 255; dairies well represented. Kalher batter dlsposlUon shown to buy anything at all good; best springers £5 to A7lss, Prime wethers Ua 7d to 17s 9d, maiden ewes 10a 6d to 15s Id, mixed wethers and maiden ewea lOs 7d to 1» SJ, best trade ewes 10b to 13s Inferior to good Sato Bjßd. There was a good eDtry of fat lambs, lnolnasome very good Borta for freezing, The best finished abont held their own, bnt other olanea were weaker. In uoveial cases lines were withdrawn, not realising tho owners Ideas of values. Best freezing sorts brought Oi to lls 6d, and two extra prime lota 12a Id and Its 7d, scores and butoherß' eorta 8s 9d to Bfl6d, There was a small entry of store sheep, made up principally of odd lota, acd a good demand for turnip sheep and ewes In lamb. Baokward wethers brought 7s fid to 9s 6d, store lambs Be. A line of 800 ewes In lamb 7s Dd, wethers 6e, merino wethers 2g lid, crossbred boileiß 3b Sd to 8s Dd. A fairly large yarding of pigs lnoluded some good sorts of fate, whloh met good competition, porkers Id to lid, and baooners M per head. Baoonora brought 81s to 353, porkers 19s to 9Bg, Btores Us 6d to 16s, woanera 8a to 13b, and suokers 8a 64 to Be Bd.
