DESPATCH OF ENGLISH MAILS.

(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.~COPrRIGHT.) Raoolved April 20, 10,20 p.m, Melbourne, "Wednesday. The question of facilitating the despatch of English mails from Adelaide is receiving attention. When the steamer misses the express it delays the mails till the next day's train, causing great inconvenience to the eastern colonies. It not infrequently means missing a New Zealand steamer.
