Auckland, Wednesday. A letter bai been received by the Harbor Board from the Government entomologist, Captain Bronn, havlDg reference to the qaeatlon of the Importation of toale inleßted fmlt from Tahiti, Rsroloops, and other lilsnda, He suggested the Harbor Board be sighted if neoaieary by the shipping companies, and the Importer* thonld allow one of their most reliable men to help the eutomologiit In the Inspection of fmlt as loon as It Is landed. The Board agreed to appoint a man, the ooit to be divided between the Importer! and the ihlpplog companies.
