VICTORIA.
Melbourne. Friday. A deputation from the. uueroployed watted on the acting-Premier, and told a terrible tale of distress In the city. Hundreds were sleeping oat, and were glad bo get the oabbage water and other relate from the restaurants. One mail, with bis wife and three ohlldren, had lived on bits of oabbage for the past month.
