There waa alto a oonnter action for daruegea sustained by the defendants for alleged breach by the plaintiffs of the same agreement. The Court found for the defendants on the original claim aad also on the counter claim for £42 10a, this being tho profit which they would have made If tholr goods had been brought to the proper market.
