Brisbane, Monday. Tbe programme for tbe session Includes Looal Government and Land Bills.
When Parliament meets the Enabling Bill, for the appointment of the Federal delegates, will be submitted. If passed It will provide for the laying of the Commonwealth Bill on the table in tbe same way as ln the southern Parliaments. It is probable that lf the bill is adopted Parliament will be adjourned to enable the delegates to attond the September Convention.
