The following vloe- presidents were eleoted : — Messrs Devote (Auckland), Reea (Poverty Bay), Logan (Hawko's Bay), Walker (Bash dlatriota), Hawkinß (Manawatn), G, Bayiey (Taranaki), Whatman (Walraropa), Wttlejohn (NeL eon), Mills (Mmlboroneb), Garden (Bailer), Boyd (West Coaßt), Rhodes (Canterbury), Jones (Sooth Canterbury), George (Southland) 5 Otago has not yet nominated a vioe-preaident. Messrs De Oaatro and Hyams were elected secretary and troaßnrer respectively, Management committee: Messrs Bate (Wellington), Bee (Otago), Wesney (Sonthland), Morrison (Hawke'a Bay), Gibbons (Auckland), Laurenson (Poverty Bay), M'Ardle (Canterbury), with officers ex offiaio. Appeal oommlttee: Messrs Henderson (Anckland), Fache (Wellington), Gottarlll (Sooth Canterbury), Firth (Neloon), Logan (Hawke's Bay). As to a team visiting Australia, it was mentioned that a steamer would bo leaving Wellington for Sydney on Jane 28th, and the South v. North matoh could be played that day, llf this proposal were adopted it was the intention to play New South Wales on the 3rd and 10th Jnly ■ Queensland on the 17th aod 24th Jnly, and New Sooth Wbleb ilulySlst. with minor matches 00 Wednesdays. The team wqald return via Auckland, playing a matoh there on Aogost 7th in aid of the onion's funds. This programme, after a brief disonsßlon, was adopted.
