By Nelson's sire, King Cole, from Maxim's dam Realisation, ho combines two successful linos of blood, and he has produced several fast and good performersi Mated with fow stud-book mares, he has produced two clinking good oneßln the full brother and sistor. Pom Pom and Caribou, both from the St. Leger mare Logora. Hla Btock from half-bred and baokney maro3 show plenty of olzo, subBtance, and quality combined. Pom Pomaaa two-yoor-olfi was the bosu colt of his year, for besides winning a rumborof Important races, he ran second to Phllson in the Canterbury Welcome Stakes, running the i furlongs in 48seo, with Derby weights up.
