BELGIUM.
Bettssels, December 5.
The Chamber of Deputies has rejeoted the motion tabled condemning the attitude of the Government In expelling from Antwerp the British labor delegates who were advocating a strike. The members of the Government intimated that they were determined foreigners should not be allowed to disturb the peace.
