(Received June 6, 6 p.m.) SydKey, Saturday. The police made no speolal effort to Identify Klrby. The man arrested answered the fall description oab'ed by the pollee, and admitted he was Kirby. The police hold him accordingly, and are quite satisfied he la the tight man. Mr Williamson, aolicltor, who is appearing for Klrby, in conversation with a Press Association representative also admitted there was nob tbe slightest doubt about JKirby'B identity.
