Time, 2min 42 4-sth sco, one second between aecond and third horse, Loates, the rider of Frnskln, broke ft etlrrnp leather dnrlnß the last straggle; Tremendoas cheering greeted the Prince of Wales, and lasted far a qnarter of an hoar. Watts rode tho winner.
