A delivery of letters will be made at the Chief Post-offlco oounter on Thursday, 23rd, commencing at 8.15 p.m. The letter receivers ■will be cleared at 6 p.m. on Thursday, and mails usually-closed on Friday will bo closed at 8 p.m. on Thursday, 23rd.
