RULES AND REGULATIONS All Ponies to be measured belore starting 1 Previous performance of the Horses to he given at timo of Nomination, also Colors of the Riders. All Horses must be ridden and driven out. All protests to bo accompanied by a fee of 3 bovb, to bo forfeited if the protest is not sustained. No protest will be received unless made before the rider or driver leaves the scales, except in tho case of fraud. All disputes, objections, and claims arising our, nf the Racing shall be decided by majority of the Stewards present, whose decision Rtaall bn final, and shall not be quea tioned in any Court of Law.
