The Australian and New Zealand Mortgage Agency Company has decided to alter its articles of association in order to enable it to give debeature'-JioMfiij^— specific charge oa nnoalled capital. The chairman congratulated the company on its success, and declared that the prospects of the future were bright. Owing to the armistice granted by Japan there has been fnrther speculation in silver, which has advanced a penny per onnce.
