No protest will bo received unless made before the rider or driver leaves th scales, except in the case of fraud. All disputes, objections, and claims arising ouh of the Racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, whose decision shall hn final, and Bhall not do questioned in any Court of Law. Entries only received on this condition. Nominators must state the bona fldo owners of horses. To bo run under tho Rules of tho Hawke's Bay Metropolitan Trotting Club.
