(Received May IS, L2oa.m,) London, May 15. Scren thousand London cabmen will strike to-morrow unless the owners reduce the hiring charge to three shillings per day. Four thousand of the cabmen have declined to join in the strike movemeat. The National Liberal Federation haa convened o conference in Leeds on the 20th of next month to consider tbe attitude adopted by the House of Lords.
