Nkw York, May 14. Tbe wives of the miners in Maryland declare tbat if tbeir hnsbands strike tbey themselves will work the mines. A large nnmber of foreign operatives are marching from Indiana to Washington for tbe purpose of petitioning Congress to suspend restrictions in regard to immigration.
