[BY TELEGRAPH.] Dunedin, Satnrday. Thongh rain fell early this morning, the Dnnedin Jockey Club were favored with me weather for tbe third day's racing of their spring meeting. The attendance was good and the racing interesting. The sum of £MO3 was put through tl c machines, making a total tor the meeting of £14,768, showing a email decrease on last year's amount. Won by a neck after n gocd race Empire fell at the last hurdle. Time, 4miu 3sec. Dividends, £2 12 j and £2 8s 6d, president's handicap, Of 200 8OV» ; 1 mile nud a lurlong. Mr G.
