SOUTH AUSTRALIA.
Adelaide, Wednesday. In committee in the Legislative Assembly on the Electoral Bill an amendment was carried providing tint no candidate shall be nominated for more than one seat at a time of election. The existing provision making the interval of one week between candidates' speeches and the polling was reduced to seven honrs.
