New Yokk, October 20. Two trains collided ia Detroit, and the debris caught fire. Twenty-five people lost their lives in the accident, Ia the cricket match against 22 of Detroib, the Australians declared their innings closed wben they bad lost eight wickets for 302 runs. Detroit scored only 71 in their second innings, thus losing the match by an innings and 158 runs, The highosb scorers in tho remaining portion of the Australian innings were Bruce 109, and Trnmble 30 In tbe Detroit second Innings George Giffen took 8 wickets for 32, and Trotb 8 for 20.
