Orlando, which fcas- arrived from a cruise in the Pacific, reports ten cases of scarlet fever among the crw(Received August i, 10.20 a.m.) , Sunday; A married woman named Maria Whithom, hailing trora Auckland, was found murdered in a dam at the Centennial Park. It appears that she had been first stunned l>y a "heavy blow, and then thrown into the water. The exploring party in the Glebe mine have recovered the bodies of Banfield and Feat, jun.
