BULGARIA.
(Received August 2, midnighU) Sofia, August 1. The Bulgarian Government, fearing that Servia, under the incitement of i Russia, is preparing to attack her neighbor again, has sent troops to watch the frontier. The Porte is also reinforcing the Turkish troops on the Bulgarian frontier. '
