{ (Received April 30, noon.) St. Petersburg, April 20. ; In cousequenee of the discovery of the plot against the Czar domiciliary visits by the police in this city have become general. (Keooived May 1, 1.15 a.m.) April 30. The Czar has given orders for the construction of two gigantic ironclads.
