SIR —According to thenewspapers several complaints have been made regarding the manner in which the nightsoil contractors carry out their work. Perhaps the complainants have been disturbed in their slumbers by the rattle of the nightmen's lockets and imagine that this is sufficient to justify complaints about carelessness, —I am, &c., Householder. , NapieT, 12th April. gin 1 think the limit of endurance in the 'matter of the gross neglect of the nightaoil contractors has now been reached.
