(Received April 11, 1.40 a,m.) London, April 10. - The Shah of Persia will pay a visit to England in July. It is expected that the Duke of Aber- y corn will succeed the Marquis ot London- , ' derry as Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland. The ' Marquis of Salisbury was much disinclined to accept Lord Londonderry's resignation, but the latter declined to ' reconsider the matter on the ground that the Marchioness was not equal to the strain of fulfilling her social duties.
