Paris, April 6.
A second manifesto published by General Boulanger declares that theindict* ment brought against him by M. Queency, Procureur*General,isatisßueof falsehoods, He admits, however, that his desire is to wrest the Republic of France from the hands of those who are degrading and ruining France.
The Premier of Belgium intimates that should Brussels be made the centre of an agitation he will expel General Boulanger from the country.

April 7.
M. Naquet, a member of the Senate, and a colleague were acquitted of the charee of belonging to a secret society, but were condemned to pay a fine of 100 francs each for belonging to an illegal society. On the decision being announced there were triumphant cries of " Vive Boulanger !"
The decree making the Senate a High Court of Justice for the trial of cases in which the accused are charged with con. spiracy against the State will he submitted to the Senate on Monday.
